Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2009, Terri joined CI as a Project Manager, delivering conferences, events and association management services across New Zealand and Australia. She has extensive experience managing medical, scientific, academic and not-for-profit conferences, ranging from small meetings to large international congresses. Passionate about building a high-performing, empowered team, Terri became a Director of the company in 2025.
Relationships, collaboration and trust resonate strongly for Terri, driving a focus on human resources and team development. She enjoys the variety of her role from strategic planning and mentoring staff to onsite conference delivery. Terri loves working in the medical and scientific sector, where events have a genuine impact on education, research and professional development. A patient, people-focused leader, she enjoys creating a positive workplace culture, ensuring the CI team enjoys coming to work and delivering exceptional results through communication and teamwork.
